Added

Two new interface languages: Simplified Chinese (简体中文) and Hindi (हिन्दी) — selectable from the sidebar language dropdown and My Preferences. Each covers the same ~440 UI strings as the other translated languages, with the remaining admin/help strings falling back to English, matching existing locale behaviour.
