Bug fixes

• bus_map is built at its element type rather than from an untyped [] narrowed by its annotation. That removes a convert(Vector{Int64}, ::Vector{Any}), whose element-by-element setindex! juliac --trim=safe will not resolve, so a caller that parses a matpower case can now be compiled ahead of time. Parsing behaviour is unchanged.
