Run maester on subscription only?

Is it possible to run maester for only a subscription? either because of permission, either because of no tenant.
I believe part of Azure and CIS tests should apply

@juju4 You can run Invoke-Maester -SkipGraphConnect with SkipGraphConnect you will not be asked to connect to Graph, that will allow you to run your Azure related tests.
