Arrow SQL Server 0.3.0 is the first release under the new project identity.

  • Renames the crate from arrow-tiberius to arrow-sql-server and the Rust library from arrow_tiberius to arrow_sql_server.

  • Leaves earlier arrow-tiberius releases available as historical artifacts.
