The Mage-OS NetSuite Connector connects a Mage-OS or Magento Open Source store directly to Oracle NetSuite. Products and stock come from NetSuite. Store orders and customer changes go to NetSuite. Cash sales, fulfillments, and refund records return to the store.
This wiki documents mage-os/module-netsuite-connector, module MageOS_NetSuiteConnector, in Mage-OS Labs. It is based on a review of source commit fec65e2 on September 9, 2026. The package is currently published as dev-main; no tagged release was present at review time.
The Rocket Web documentation provided the starting point. Its older Magento 1 instructions, separate commercial add-ons, and unsupported commands have been separated from the behavior of this package. See the page-by-page comparison.

This is a development version. The review found source defects in location import, multi-location fulfillment mapping, constant product mappings, and queue warning counts. They are documented with code references in Known limitations. PHP syntax checks passed; a complete Mage-OS installation and live NetSuite round trip were not run for this documentation review.
The connector uses SOAP with token-based authentication. Oracle has announced SOAP removal in NetSuite 2028.2 and restrictions on new TBA integrations beginning in 2027.1. See NetSuite setup for the current primary sources and planning implications.
The code was contributed by Rocket Web Inc. The Composer manifest declares OSL-3.0 and AFL-3.0; the repository includes LICENSE.txt. No implementation schedule, throughput, or paid support commitment is established by this wiki.
For setup and troubleshooting, use the NetSuite Connector support bot on Rocket Web. Select Open support chat on the product page.
Use GitHub Issues for reproducible defects and feature requests. Do not post credentials, customer data, private NetSuite records, or unredacted connector logs.
