Refactor together 'return a [...] card from your graveyard to the battlefield' effects

Cards like [[Summon Undead]] or [[Incarnation Technique]] have a similar 'return a [...] card from your graveyard to the battlefield (tapped?) (with counters?)' part in their effect, that would be better as a common effect. In addition, some of the cards on the list mill/surveil before the return, and there is not always a processAction between the first effect and the return, which cause triggers on the returned card to not always fire. For instance reanimating [[Emrakul, the Aeons Torn]] with Incarnation Technique should cause a shuffle trigger.
