Consider support sentinel for redis cache

Since that PR has been closed, sentinel support has finally been added for session, but not for cache.

Proposed solution

Add sentinel support for cache backend.

Thank you for reporting and collaboration. Sentinel support for redis cache is not mentioned in Magento devdocs1, devdocs2. Hence we considering this as feature request but not a bug.
