* Fix app ID regex for init command

- Show error message when regex validation fails
- Do not use case-insensitive regex for app ID (causes mismatch with mabu)
- Remove redundant regex definitions and rely on common util functions
- Fix lint errors
- Bump version number to 2.2.13
