Coverage

• Add redhat/ephemeral_accounts to check ephemeral-account creation, resizing, closure, authorization, rollback, balances, and concurrent operations.
• Add a Yellowstone gRPC feed to the base-chain test stack and redshift/undelegation_grpc_redundancy, which verifies base updates and undelegation while WebSocket messages and account fetches are held. Other scenarios keep their existing remotes.
• Include the cache-eviction and reconnect scenario that was excluded from the 0.5.2 release branch.

Reliability

• Make committor recovery scenarios reconcile already-landed commits, tolerate transient receipt lookups, and wait for fresh delegation before session-isolation writes.
• Size the private-validator identity pool for a full run and adjust the warm-ingress timing check.
