Reliability and coverage

undelegation_reconnect_gap now uses the base-chain gRPC feed while WebSocket notifications and account fetches are held. Recovery still requires both accounts to expose the completed undelegation; this is gRPC-assisted coverage, not proof of WebSocket-only recovery.
Cache-lifecycle checks accept readonly eviction after a successful fetch while still validating retained state.
Reserve validator ports outside the ephemeral range and distinguish missing receipts from observation failures.
Consolidate redshift/commits coverage into redshift/commit_and_undelegate, retaining receipt, foreign-owner rejection, and exact-state checks.

Batch account preparation, prepare wire-ready requests before measured sends, and drain settled writes per account.
Record suite wall time and overlapping lane durations. Retain scenario reports and Bencher Metric Format export; remove the unused report comparison and listing commands.
Align workspace package versions with release 0.6.0.
