Rebuild Snapshot as a .NET 10 protocol, Playwright executor, CLI tool, npm browser client, deployable ZIP pipeline, documentation set, test suite, and release workflow. Validated across Linux, Windows, macOS, compact NuGet packaging, local tool installation, and a real Chromium/Blazor end-to-end run.
