Changes

  • CompactDateFormat::FALLBACK is now ISO 8601 (%Y-%m-%d) instead of the German-centric %d.%m.%Y. The fallback is only reached when ICU cannot resolve a locale at all (ext-intl absent, empty/unparseable tag, or an incomplete short-date pattern) — every real webtrees locale still gets its own ICU-derived compact format — so ISO is a safer, locale-neutral, unambiguous default there (and for the DateProcessor default parameter).

No API changes; backward-compatible patch.
