Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.*, NLog, OpenTelemetry.*, Respawn,
Riok.Mapperly, Testcontainers.*, and z440.atl.core.

Also removes direct dependency on Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Proxies
from Hikkaba.Data and Hikkaba.Web projects.
