This release ships installers for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

- Manuscript workspace — books → parts → chapters → scenes with focus mode, typewriter scrolling, scrivenings view, corkboard/outliner views, per-scene word targets, and project-wide find & replace.
- Editor — TipTap/ProseMirror with entity mentions (
@Character), wiki links, inline editorial notes, scene-break markers, autosave. - Worldbuilding — typed entities (characters, locations, factions, items, creatures) with custom attributes, tags, relationship graph, timeline, maps, boards, family trees, fictional calendars, name generator.
- Scrivener-style Compile — reusable formats with per-section-type layouts, numbering, filters and typography placeholders.
- Export — Markdown, DOCX, PDF, EPUB, HTML, Shunn-standard manuscript (

macOS notes
The macOS build is unsigned (no Apple Developer account). On first launch, Gatekeeper will block it. To open:
- Right-click (or Control-click) the app → Open.
- Click Open in the confirmation dialog.
Or after a blocked launch: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Known issues / limitations
- Builds are not code-signed — Windows SmartScreen and browsers may warn on first download ("Keep" → "Run anyway").
- Scrivener
.scrivexport is best-effort for migration out of Novoforge; complex binder structures may flatten. - Local-first only: no cloud sync/collaboration yet (post-MVP).
- Auto-update requires no action; installs update to subsequent releases automatically.
