gpp is an AI-native version control system in Rust: continuous change capture, curated changesets with intent and provenance, and an encrypted in-repo knowledge graph whose beliefs are staleness-checked by the history they ride on — gpp belief bisect names the exact commit that invalidated a recorded fact, deterministically, with no LLM in the loop. Validated against axum's real 0.6→0.7 history (demo + validation table).
