SystemLens 4.1.0 — Thermal fix

Fixed

• CPU temperature no longer blocked behind a LibreHardwareMonitor install prompt
• Uses bundled hardware reader for package sensors when available
• Falls back to ACPI system thermal zones as CPU temp when package sensors need Administrator
• Removed the “CPU package temperature unavailable / install LHM” warning banner
