Powerful dependency-free meta-analysis engine doing pairwise, network meta-analysis (with SUCRA), dose-response, and single-arm proportions from one small JSON config. Offline HTML reports with inline SVG plots (forest, network diagram, SUCRA bars, dose-response curve). Random-effects throughout (Paule-Mandel tau-squared, Knapp-Hartung CI with floor, Cochrane v6.5 prediction interval). Pure standard-library Python 3.8+ (numpy used only if already present).
