This release re-architects the local data layer: SQLite operations now run
inside the Tauri Rust process via Diesel 2.2 + bundled libsqlite3. The
TS/webview side no longer imports Prisma, better-sqlite3, or any Node-only
module — all DB access goes through Tauri invoke commands.

Highlights

• Tauri (Rust) side: apps/client/src-tauri/src/db/{mod,schema,commands}.rs
  exposes 22 commands covering logs / people / tasks / chat turns / agent
  sessions / dedup helpers.
• Webview (TS) side: apps/client/src/db/*.ts are thin invoke wrappers.
  lib/queries.ts, bubble/agentRuntime.ts, bubble/useChatWindow.ts and
  lib/taskDedup.ts are all migrated off Prisma.
• Server (Vercel) side: trimmed to auth + credits + /chat +
  /agent/stream only. /analyze, /suggest, /agent, and 1181-line
  analyze.ts are gone from server — those LLM call sites now run client-side
  (BYOK).
• No data migration needed: Diesel uses
  CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS, so existing ~/.percent-tracker/percent.db
  is preserved across upgrades.

Verified

• pnpm tauri build clean
• pnpm test — client 24/24 + server 33/33
• Production Vercel builds (landing / cms / server) all green after the
  monorepo vercel.json + pnpm-lock.yaml sync.
