First tagged release of Specstride: a spec-driven coding-agent loop with an LLM critic gate.

What's in it

Drives a coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, dsh, bebop) through a GitHub Spec Kit tasks.md, phase by phase; nothing advances until a separate critic approves the evidence against the acceptance criteria and the real code.
Diagnostician + accelerator for stuck phases: tells "the critic couldn't see the code" apart from a real gap, then retries only the failing criteria.
Opt-in learning loop: per-phase settings learned from run telemetry, evaluated against a baseline (helped / neutral / regressed / insufficient), auto-reverted on a guardrail breach.
specstride --reverse: derive a Spec Kit spec from an existing codebase.
Live view, a JSONL event stream, and optional OTLP traces + Grafana/Loki dashboards.
Stdlib-only Python + Bash. Apache-2.0.
