Fix: Category shortcode videos not playing + Popup close button fix

  • Extracted popup modal and lazy-loading script into a shared wp_footer hook
  • Both [broodle_reel_slider] and [broodle_reel_category] now correctly load videos and open popups
  • Fixed popup close button not working by switching to event delegation
  • Static flag ensures modal and script are only output once even with multiple shortcodes on the same page
