Ship a portable Agent Skill for Jalali/Gregorian conversion and document how to install and use it from AI clients.
Move the section to the end of the README and focus on installing and using the conversion skill in AI assistants.
Keep the AI Agent Skill section before the donation section at the bottom of the README.
List month and weekday names with their order for both English and Persian locales.
Let Claude Code load the repository agent guide via the standard CLAUDE.md entrypoint.
Bump version and add changelog entry for the convert-persian-dates AI agent skill and related documentation added on this branch.
