First public release.

Linux: download uscreen-0.2.0-linux-x86_64.tar.gz, extract, run ./scripts/install.sh, then launch UScreen from your app menu.

Android tablet: download uscreen.apk onto the tablet and open it (allow unknown sources), enable USB debugging, plug in the cable — done.

Tested on Bazzite (KDE, NVIDIA) + Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Auto-resolution should make any Android 8+ tablet work — feedback welcome.
