The integration cant connect to my lyfco 9 kw poolheater anymore. Worked fine until 2 days ago. |

Similar challenges here with my smart Steigen laundry rack. Couple of days ago it was still working fine. Today I realised that it was unavailable so I ended up following the usual troubleshooting: reload integration, restart, reboot and unfortunately in the end also trying to wipe it to setup the integration again - huge fail. Now I´m unable to get it back into the system although in smartlife it is still working flawless. Anyone any idea what could have happened - is there a fix? |

Have you power cycled the device? Some devices seem to get into a state where they "forget" their local key and start refusing local connections. They will still work from the cloud in this state, but local connections fail until they are power cycled. Versions 2026.4.0 and 2026.4.1 of this integration, and to a lesser extend 2026.4.2, caused such devices to enter this state more frequently due to a change in the communication to reduce the device load and avoid other issues, but hopefully the current release is better now. |
