## Summary - document how direct-child charts are created, validated, packaged, and published - document the explicit opt-in contract for post-publish GitOps pull requests - keep the root README and AGENTS guidance concise and link to canonical runbooks ## Validation - `git diff --check` - `pre-commit run --all-files` - fresh-reader documentation audit ## Coordinated documentation - makeitworkcloud/kustomize-cluster#104 - makeitworkcloud/tfroot-github#43 Cross-repository links target `main` and resolve after the companion PRs merge.
