[feature]: Expand/Collapse entire task tree when on a List/Table View page

Summary

Would be great to expand/collapse the entire tas/sub tree at once with a button/switch in the tool bar
This would probably also address /mitigate the requests reg. the state not being persistent when refreshing as the user could jsut click the button again, or the button could be have a persistent state controlling the page.

Why should this be worked on?

I consider this a rudimentary feature needed to provide a quick overview of either bigger topics (top level) or the granular detail when needed
