QuickMarkPDF v3.2.0

Download QuickMarkPDF-binary.zip, extract every file into the same folder, and run QuickMarkPDF.exe.

Keep QuickMarkPDF.exe, pdfium.dll, WebView2Loader.dll, index.html, and vendor/ together.
Windows 11 already includes WebView2 Runtime. On some Windows 10 / LTSC / Server PCs, install Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (Evergreen).
