AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.10.0
Design-system workflows and Figma Plugin API 1.141
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.10.0 separates the design-system tools into focused screens, makes exact color replacement explicit and reversible, and adopts the latest Figma Plugin API capabilities through typings 1.141.0.
Focused Design System tools
The target picker now has a dedicated Design system group with separate screens for:
- token export;
- palette generation;
- exact color replacement;
- palette migration;
- typography;
- breakpoints.
The selected DS screen persists across plugin sessions. Palette generation now says clearly that it creates variables and swatch outputs; it does not imply that existing artwork will be recolored.
Exact color replacement
The new Replace a color workflow is organized as A · Find color → B · Replace with:
- exact RGB matching across local variables, paint/effect styles, and loose canvas colors;
- document, page, or variables-and-styles scope;
- opacity preserved per usage site;
- preview before write and undo snapshot after write;
- replacement colors from Custom input, Palette generator, current Selection, or a published Library collection;
- editing the replacement color picker or HEX field automatically switches the source to Custom;
- token names and bindings remain unchanged.
Palette migration remains the structural family/step workflow. It now has a numbered sequence, a bounded mapping table, Apply feedback beside the action, and collapsed advanced rebind/developer tools.
Figma Plugin API 1.141
Updated @figma/plugin-typings from 1.139.0 to 1.141.0 and added:
- local custom Motion style discovery through
MOTION_STYLES; - atomic custom Motion style creation/update through
MOTION_STYLE_SET; - custom Motion style and folder reordering through
MOTION_STYLE_MOVE; - custom style application through
NODE_SETwith the requiredCUSTOMdiscriminator; - Motion playhead position in
MOTION_STYLES; - variable-font axis discovery through
FONT_FAMILY_AXES; - variable-font reads and writes through
fontName.variationSettings, including style-less instance selection; - vertical Auto Layout wrapping;
SPACE_AROUNDandSPACE_EVENLYprimary-axis distribution;- shader parameter names from applied paint/effect
propertyMetadata, without importing the shader.
The generated Plugin API coverage ledger now supports --write and records coverage against typings 1.141.0.
Verification
- TypeScript typecheck passed.
- All 1,783 tests passed.
- Chromium responsive layout matrix passed.
- Custom Motion validation happens before existing animation removal.
- Failed custom Motion entry replacement restores the original ordered entries.
- Exact red-to-yellow replacement, alpha preservation, source switching, shader metadata, variable-font axes, vertical wrapping, and new alignment values are covered.
- Build exposes 85 plugin commands and 77 node properties.

AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.9.0
Fidelity-first product design for agents
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.9.0 gives every connected agent the same evidence-first product-design contract and adds one bounded operation for collecting the intent and system signals Figma actually contains.
Fidelity-first contract
The allcrew.fidelity-first policy is now published through:
- the generated and auto-installed agent skill;
- MCP
initialize.instructions; - bridge
GET /opsas machine-readable policy data; - the new
product.fidelityplaybook.
Agents classify work before asking. Existing-screen reproduction, bug fixes, and measured adaptations proceed from available Figma and product-code evidence without demanding a broad brief. New surfaces, new flows, and redesigns ask one grouped direction question only when product goal, primary user/job, or visual direction remains missing and materially changes the outcome.
Agents must not silently resolve a material repository-contract versus Figma conflict. Platform standards may fill functional and accessibility gaps only, labelled PLATFORM_DEFAULT; they never replace brand styling.
design.evidence
The new read-only operation collects a bounded fidelity preflight for a selected Figma subtree:
- annotations and annotation categories;
- Dev Resources;
- component descriptions and documentation links;
- component instances and properties;
- variable bindings and shared styles;
- prototype reactions, transitions, and flow starting points;
- Figma layout grids;
- configured Auto Layout and
inferredAutoLayoutfor legacy frames; - content presence and explicit evidence gaps.
The response reports coverage, sources, gaps, provenance, inspected node count, truncation, and timing. Missing Figma intent blocks choice-bearing work but does not block faithful reproduction of an existing screen.
Provenance
The policy standardizes decision labels including FIGMA_NODE, FIGMA_TOKEN, FIGMA_COMPONENT, FIGMA_ANNOTATION, FIGMA_DEV_RESOURCE, FIGMA_PROTOTYPE, FIGMA_MOTION, REPO_CONTRACT, USER_EXPLICIT, PLATFORM_DEFAULT, INFERENCE, and UNRESOLVED.
Verified scenarios
- Existing Figma screen with no broad product brief: proceed from evidence without clarification.
- New screen with no product goal, primary user, or visual direction: ask one grouped direction question.
PRODUCT.mdconflicts materially with Figma: ask which source governs instead of choosing silently.- Accessibility-only gap: proceed using a labelled platform default.
- Explicit creative permission: proceed only inside the authorized scope.
Verification
- TypeScript typecheck passed.
- All 1,768 tests passed.
- Chromium layout matrix passed.
- Policy injection into Skill, MCP, and
/opspassed. - Downloadable MCP bundle is self-contained and carries the fidelity contract.
design.evidencecoverage tests for annotations, Dev Resources, design-system atoms, prototype signals, layout grids, and inferred layout passed.

AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.8.0
High-throughput agent transport and administration
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.8.0 removes the per-host HTTP connection bottleneck, makes the downloaded bridge self-contained, discovers Figma Desktop file keys automatically, and adds collection/page administration operations.
WebSocket transport
- Each open Figma file now uses an authenticated loopback WebSocket at
/plugin/ws. - HTTP polling remains a compatibility fallback for older bridge versions.
- The bridge supports RFC 6455 framing, fragmentation, ping/pong, close frames, masked client frames, 7/16/64-bit lengths, and a 16 MiB message ceiling.
- Wrong secrets, unknown sessions, non-loopback clients, and real web origins are rejected during upgrade.
- Bridge status reports
websocketorpollper file.
Self-contained bridge download
Download bridge.mjsnow produces one esbuild-bundled ESM file with no local imports.- The build refuses unbundled downloadable scripts that import sibling modules.
- Repository and downloaded bridge forms share a source-set fingerprint, so compatibility checks no longer depend on emitted bytes.
Administration operations
collections.update: atomic collection metadata and mode changes with dry-run and force guards.pages.update: atomic page rename, removal, and reordering.variables.extend: Enterprise extended collections and override management.variables.audit: missing modes, mixed aliases/literals, unresolved aliases, and alias-only collection violations.
Desktop file discovery and history
- The bridge reads open and recent Figma Desktop tabs on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Same-titled files are disambiguated by their complete page identity set rather than guessed.
history.recentsummarizes touched, quiet, and unavailable files since local midnight or a supplied time.- Status reports the resolved file key and whether it came from the plugin, desktop title, or page matching.
REST reliability
- Parallel
page.framescalls share one 30-second cached file-tree request per file. - Figma REST concurrency is bounded to four requests.
- HTTP 429 responses retry up to three attempts using bounded
Retry-After. node.getrecursively honors the requested depth.- Nested
params.fileKeyconsistently selects REST. - CLI output names Figma REST and bridge-owned answers instead of printing an undefined plugin window.
Browser mirror and resizing
- Unwatched browser mirrors no longer park an HTTP connection or forward large sandbox events.
- The current snapshot is replayed when a browser viewer appears.
- Window size persistence is delayed 400 ms after the final persisted resize request.
Verification
- TypeScript typecheck passed.
- All 1,755 tests passed.
- Chromium layout matrix passed.
- The downloaded bridge was extracted and launched from an empty directory with fingerprint parity.
- End-to-end WebSocket calls completed without waiting for a poll interval.
- Figma Desktop file-key discovery and the recent-history sweep were exercised against the local Desktop settings.

AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.7.0
Opt-in live browser UI
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.7.0 adds a persistent Browser UI mirror setting for opening the exact live plugin panel in Chrome.
Browser UI mirror
- Enable Browser UI mirror under Agent Listener settings.
- A browser icon appears in the plugin header while mirroring is enabled.
- The icon becomes ready when the paired loopback bridge registers the current Figma file and opens its direct
/ui?target=<handle>URL. - The browser receives the exact built
ui.html, live sandbox events, progress, errors, selections, and disabled states rather than a mock or screenshot. - The mirror icon is hidden inside the browser copy to prevent recursive navigation.
Independent permission model
UI mirroring is independent from Allow reads and Allow changes. Those switches continue to govern external agents only. The browser UI works while both agent gates are off; its authority comes from the explicit mirror opt-in, the paired per-machine secret, and the loopback-only bridge.
Verification
- TypeScript typecheck passed.
- All 1,720 tests passed.
- The Chromium responsive matrix passed.
- The complete mirror flow was exercised with both agent gates off: the header link registered
gate-free-mirror, and the bridge served the live UI at its direct target URL.

AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.6.0
Responsive workspace hardening
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.6.0 makes the resizable plugin workspace stable across compact, split, wide, and maximum panel sizes.
Layout architecture
- Native screens stack below 720 px and switch to semantic split layouts from 720 px.
- Django and Tauri now use independent setup and review lanes: a tall linter no longer creates an empty grid row or pushes a two-column regeneration card underneath it.
- Agent Listener uses independent status/setup and skill lanes, removing the same mismatched-height hole.
- Declarative module screens use auto-fit grids, while dense palette, remap, and video workflows keep the width they need.
- The content workspace stops growing at 1200 px; the Figma panel is capped at 1240×1200.
Resize behavior
- Drag sizing uses consecutive screen-space deltas and a floating-point accumulator.
- Bounds clamp the accumulator before rounding, so reversing direction responds immediately without stored overshoot.
- Live resize messages are coalesced per animation frame and only the final size is persisted.
Browser-backed layout coverage
A permanent Chromium layout matrix exercises every plugin screen at 340, 719, 720, 1079, 1080, and 1240 px widths. It checks overflow, card containment and overlap, footer geometry, resize-handle placement, lane alignment, breakpoint behavior, module screens, and browser-mirror behavior. Linux CI launches Chrome with the required no-sandbox and shared-memory flags, while runtime failures and browser stderr remain visible.
Install

Verification
TypeScript typecheck passed, all 1,719 tests passed, the package was rebuilt, the full layout matrix passed in real Chromium, and the corrected Django/Tauri lane layout was visually inspected in the browser surface.
AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.5.0
Fully responsive plugin interface
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.5.0 makes every native plugin screen respond to the panel’s actual width instead of keeping a fixed 394 px content column.
Responsive shell
- Every view and card now consumes the available panel width.
- The narrow header keeps the logo, target picker, and icon-only Settings action usable at compact sizes.
- Main content padding tightens automatically in narrow mode.
- The compact footer and its decorative background now share the same 24 px boundary on Settings, Agent Listener, SDK, and module screens.
Responsive components
- Settings controls keep safe widths and section metadata truncates instead of pushing the panel wider.
- Theme mapping rows collapse from four columns into a two-row compact layout.
- Palette spectrum fields reorganize into readable rows; mode controls collapse to two columns.
- Update actions, module tools, JSON actions, review headers, and regeneration controls wrap when needed.
- Module and remap tables remain inside bounded horizontal or vertical scroll regions.
- The footer pipeline scrolls safely instead of overflowing the minimum-width panel.
Figma-matched resize handle
The footer grip now follows the referenced drag_handle component from the altery-agentic-dev Figma file: a 24 px footer control with two restrained diagonal strokes, muted by default and orange while dragging.
Install

Verification
TypeScript typecheck passed, all 1,718 tests passed, the package was validated, and the responsive interface was visually checked at wide and narrow window sizes.
AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.4.0
Responsive, resizable plugin panel
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.4.0 makes the development-plugin window adapt to the workspace instead of forcing every screen into one fixed size.
What’s new
- Drag the bottom-right footer handle to resize the plugin from 340×320 through 1400×1600.
- Double-click the handle to fit the active screen’s height without changing its width.
- Panel dimensions are stored globally on the machine and restored on the next run.
- Stored dimensions are applied before user-module discovery, avoiding a delayed startup jump.
- At 560 px wide, palette controls gain a third column and long prose stays capped at 82 characters.
- Code previews, agent skill text, remap tables, module tables, module code, and diff previews grow with the actual viewport height.
- The browser mirror follows its browser window and hides the Figma-only resize handle.
Resize write optimization
Live pointer movement calls figma.ui.resize() without touching storage. The final clamped dimensions are written once, on pointer release or double-click height fitting. This removes hundreds of redundant figma.clientStorage writes from a single drag.
Footer integration
The resize handle now belongs to the existing footer container. Screens without export controls keep an 18 px footer handle row instead of rendering a separate overlay or a 119 px empty action footer.
Agent access
UI_RESIZE is available as a read-only panel command. It changes plugin chrome, not the Figma document, and accepts an optional persist flag for live resize frames.
Install

Verification
TypeScript typecheck passed, all 1,718 tests passed, the release archive was validated, and both full-action and compact footer states were visually inspected.
AllCrew Figma Workspace v1.3.0
Opt-in update discovery
AllCrew Figma Workspace 1.3.0 can now discover new GitHub Releases from inside the plugin without silently enabling network activity.
What’s new
- Manual checks: Settings → Updates now includes a Check now action that is always available.
- Automatic discovery: users can explicitly enable a once-per-24-hours GitHub Release check. It is disabled by default.
- Update banner: when a newer version exists, a compact header banner shows the installed and available versions with View and Download actions.
- Direct archive download: the plugin selects the matching
allcrew-figma-workspace-v*.zipasset from the release. - Build-time versioning: the installed version is injected from
package.jsonon every build.
Privacy and safety
- Update preferences and cached discovery metadata live under their own
figma.clientStoragekey. They do not modify export options, preset matching, or package output. - Release and download actions are sent to the plugin sandbox and opened with
figma.openExternal(). - The sandbox accepts only validated
https://github.com/URLs. - No GitHub request is made until the user presses Check now or enables automatic discovery.
