CLI

  • Added cax auto to run Mash-based auto-selection and execute without launching the UI; supports --seqfile for a short-form input and enforces Mash presence in auto mode.
  • Auto mode now refreshes the cached preprocess seq file before Mash so cached local inputs are honored when URLs were downloaded.
