mt32-pi Golem fork golem-1.0.1

Fixed

• The SD card package of golem-1.0.0 only had the Raspberry Pi 4 kernel. It now
  has the kernels for Pi 2/3 (32-bit), Pi 3 (64-bit) and Pi 4.

Note

• No SoundFont is included: put at least one .sf2 in soundfonts/ for General
  MIDI (for example GeneralUser GS).
