Form using websockets and server side validation
In Dev, not for consumption
Purpose: Remove the need for client side validation but still give users immediate feedback, vis a vis javascript.
List of improvements/requirements:
- remove jquery dependancy
- package for npm submission
- create multiple methods of display success/errors
