🚀 新功能
• AI 平台选择：新增 OpenAI、DeepSeek、自定义三种模式；切换时自动填充 Base URL 与模型参数。
• 分平台 API Key 管理：不同平台的 Key 独立保存，切换时自动恢复对应的 Key。
• 购买指南直达链接：在平台选择下拉框后方新增“购买/开通 API 指南”，点击可直达对应的 OpenAI 或 DeepSeek 教程页面。
• 固定底栏保存：新增全局固定底栏“保存全部设置”，避免漏保存。
• System Prompt 扩展：预设翻译/总结模式，支持自定义，并自动追加“结果输出为目标语言”的指令。
• 浮动面板优化：支持两阶段渲染（先摘要→后正文），并加入广播+轮询兜底机制。

• 修复 Markdown 渲染中，列表与段落之间间距过大的问题。
• 修复浮动面板在部分情况下只显示摘要不进入正文的情况。
• 修复切换平台时，购买指南中间分隔点依然显示的视觉问题。
