• Feature: Added cross-device settings snapshots that persist AI provider/API keys, language, prompts, and ad-filter preferences through chrome.storage.sync, plus a local cache for fast reads.
• Behavior: When synced settings enable Ad Filtering with lists selected, the background worker now auto-downloads the corresponding rules on each device so list choices stay in lockstep.
• UX: Removed the forced page scroll used to trigger lazy loaders while running “Extract & Summarize”, eliminating the brief jump some pages exhibited at kickoff.
