Breaking: the dashboard_columns alias is no longer read

Report files no longer carry compatibility with Malloyyo's dashboard format. dashboard_columns=N inside the ## artifact tag no longer sets the grid width; the package warnings name it and say to write dashboard { columns=N } beside the tag instead, and the notebook-columns-alias and notebook-columns-conflict findings are gone. The package-load warning about a .jsx or .tsx component in dashboards/ is gone too: Publisher never ran those, and the folder means nothing to it. kind=, the query-level # artifact and bare-name drill targets were already not read. To migrate, move any dashboard_columns=N out of the tag as dashboard { columns=N }.

Resize a tile from any edge or corner, with no handles drawn

The Console builder's tiles no longer draw grips on their right and bottom edges. Over any edge the cursor becomes a two-headed arrow, and over a corner a diagonal one: the right and bottom edges set the width and height as before, the left and top edges move that edge and keep the opposite one where it is, and a corner moves its two edges at once. On a report that flows, the first left or top drag places every tile where it is drawn, as a move does. The right and bottom edges stay keyboard controls (the arrow keys step them), and a double-click on the bottom edge still puts a tile back to auto height. A tile of value cards or a table can now be made two rows tall (a chart still needs three to draw its plot), and the cards draw compact to fit.

Arranging a placed report: pack, flow, guides and keyboard moves

On a grid report whose tiles are placed, the Console builder's bar has Arrange tiles: Pack tiles upward slides every tile up into the space above it, and Let tiles flow clears every tile's place and keeps its size, each one undoable edit. While a tile is selected the grid's rows and columns show faintly, so empty space reads as somewhere a tile can go, and Option/Alt with an arrow key moves the selected tile one cell, swapping it with the tile beside it in that direction (so Down past a tile mirrors Up past it) and pushing down anything else it lands on. Placing a report that flowed snaps each tile's edges to the nearest row line, so tiles that touched still touch and none drifts more than half a row. A row of value cards in a tile shorter than it needs is drawn compact (smaller figures, more cards to a row) so it fits instead of scrolling. A host drawing the builder's controls itself gets the same actions as BuilderControls.arrange.
