Refactor input manager and storage architecture

Replaces the previous storage and router setup with a new SessionManager and PendingEntryStorage, simplifying input handling and message routing. Removes base and default storage classes, updates filters and router logic, and introduces session management for improved separation of concerns. Bumps version to 2.0.0.
