Windows Printer Sharing Fix v4.0.2 focuses on repository quality, distribution, contributor onboarding, and cleaner runtime state.

Highlights:

  • redesigned README with a clearer Quick Start, stable TUI overview, bilingual onboarding, safety boundaries, and contributor entry points
  • runtime logs, language preference, and managed restore state now default to %LOCALAPPDATA%\WindowsPrinterSharingFix
  • existing repository-local v4 language and backup state migrate when possible
  • language.cfg is no longer tracked, so changing language does not dirty a Git clone
  • added Issue Forms, PR template, Roadmap, Code of Conduct, Dependabot, Quick Start, and Indonesian README
  • added user-focused release ZIP packaging with SHA256 checksum and automatic release asset upload
  • CI now covers syntax/safety, diagnosis runtime integrity, localization, workspace migration, and package contents

Safety note: the Windows-mutating command set is unchanged from v4.0.1; no new repair primitive or security downgrade was introduced.

The OpenTUI frontend remains experimental and is not included in this stable release.
