Coterm 0.0.5 initial public release.

This release publishes Coterm as a self-hostable open-source macOS app based on Mosaic, with Coterm branding, self-host collaboration defaults, share secrets, and host approval for room joins.

Download coterm-macos.dmg, open it, and drag Coterm.app into Applications.

Note: this local artifact is ad-hoc signed but not Apple Developer ID notarized yet. On first launch, macOS may require right-click > Open or Security & Privacy approval. Future CI releases should use the full signed/notarized release workflow.
