Theater and Régie now ship as two separate packages at matching versions. Régie talks to Theater only through the public frontend API.

Upgrading from RC9 is a drained upgrade: stop all RC9 sessions and jobs first. See "Upgrading a drained RC9 installation" in the README.
Highlights
- Public frontend API: a versioned NDJSON contract with an SDK, independent terminal providers, idempotent operations, and a state stream.
- Régie trajectory view, rebuilt:
- a lane timeline where span widths follow duration, with capped long spans, stacked rows for overlapping spans and zoom;
- a details panel of foldable, colour-coded sections, where JSON, YAML, TOML, markdown, diffs and terminal colours are all rendered properly;
- keyboard and mouse navigation, and copying to the system clipboard.
- Régie quality-of-life: spawn menus list only installed harnesses; the presentation queue no longer stalls; the tmux return key survives Régie restarts.
- Harnesses: Vibe launches without
--experimental-harness. - Cleanup: dead code removed, duplicated code merged, and the largest classes split into focused modules, with no behaviour change.
