Attribution

This release includes Daniel Raffel’s provider and routing integration from PR279, including PR234, PR236, PR238, PR241, PR242, PR250, PR251, PR252, PR253, PR267, and PR274, plus the already merged PR229 and PR231.

Daniel Raffel’s original commits remain unchanged with their original author metadata. PR282 and PR283 contain separate maintainer deployment hardening.
