Compatibility with new scenario mechanism.

the scenar yaml can be a dict, but needs a "RUN:" section. So the scenar will be in the RUN: section, and the rest are new local env for the scenar. thus, this is a valid yaml scenario :

root: http://xxxxxxx

RUN:
  - GET: /path
    tests:
        - status: 200
