Project Update: mangowc (formerly maomao)

Name Change

To avoid ambiguity with unrelated online content, the project has been renamed:

• Project renamed to: mangowc (My Favorite Fruit - mango)
• Default config path changed to: ~/.config/mango
• aur package name update to mangowc-git

• Added resolution and refresh rate support in monitor rules
• New noblur option for window rules
• Layer rules now support regex matching for layer names
• Monitor rules now support hot reload
