Initial release of the independent Swift Testing adapter for SwiftSyntax macro expansion tests.

  • Checks expanded source, diagnostics, notes, and fix-its through Swift Testing issues.
  • Preserves caller source locations and supports wrapper assertions.
  • Supports macOS 13 / iOS 17, independently of TestCommons core.
  • Verified with Swift 6.2 / SwiftSyntax 600.0.1 and Swift 6.4 / SwiftSyntax 604.

Add .package(url: "https://github.com/maniramezan/TestCommonsMacroTesting.git", from: "0.1.0") and link the TestCommonsMacroTesting product to macro test targets. This keeps SwiftSyntax out of core TestCommons consumers.
