Property-list preferences now persist scalar roots and raw-value Codable enums instead of silently keeping their defaults. Existing container property-list data remains readable and retains its original encoding.
Macro expansion tests use the published TestCommonsMacroTesting 0.1.0 Swift Testing adapter.
Validation: 67 macro expansion tests and three integration tests covering scalar/enum persistence, optional removal, reopened stores, existing container compatibility, and preference-suite isolation.
