eugen now can read configs

learn feature + RAG rework

you can now ingest manpages and keep them in your local context files for RAG. Rag has been reworked for being more ressource friendly and faster while caching vectors.

more open to other derivates and much more

• added support for more linux distributions. while some features remain Suse only ( supportconfig, snapper ...)
• added openai as backend
• added an explain feature for medium criticality operations
• can use plugins now
• better update strategy
