Patch. kj install-tools now covers the FULL stack — rtk, squeezr and qmd join git, agent CLIs, Semgrep, OSV-Scanner, Lighthouse, Docker and SonarQube in the default list: a fresh machine ends 100% operational in one pass, asking before each install. And karajancode.com/install.sh is npm-first now: it installs the complete product, auto-provisioning the official Node LTS (checksum-verified, nothing system-wide) when Node is missing; the CLI-only single binary moved behind --standalone.
