Most of the lane assets added in #21 included new arrow groups that didn’t respect the
scaleXorflipHorizontallyvariables, resulting in disjointed and clipped arrows in any icon that needed to be flipped to the left, as seen in mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios#2882 (comment). This PR hooks up thescaleXvariable to all the new assets and moves the origins of each arrow to the center of the canvas./cc @avi-c @abhishek1508
