DNAKit 0.1.3 expands DNAKit with bounded property-prediction, scientific API, and agent-tool integrations.

Highlights:

  • Added pretrained property-prediction interfaces for AlphaGenome, Enformer, Evo 2, GENERator, LucaOneTasks, and SegmentNT
  • Added optional Ensembl VEP, ClinVar, dbSNP, gnomAD, dN/dS, and Golden Gate APIs
  • Added the dnakit[agent] extra, dnakit-mcp server, and compact tool catalog for MCP-compatible agents
  • Added English and Simplified Chinese WeChat community pages

All supported Python versions (3.10–3.14), strict documentation builds, tutorial notebooks, distribution audits, validation, and isolated-install smoke tests passed.
