Bounce behavior unstable for nodes with very short focal length

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

1. Initialize the viewer with the key sjCE_RotnU30bh410Bhs5w
2. Zoom or pan

Expected Behavior

Viewer either bounces back to the center of the image or stays in the position where it was panned.

Actual Behavior

Viewer bounces the image back and forth randomly.

Additional information

This happens because the node above has focal length ~0.02 which leads to a vertical fov close to 180 degrees. The atomic scale of the node is 1e-8. Basic coordinate distances become numerically unstable when panning.
