Tag create cursor sticks when deactivating tag component

Steps to Reproduce Behavior

1. Activate tag component
2. Configure it to create any geometry type
3. Deactivate tag component

Expected Behavior

The default grab cursor is shown when hovering the viewer.

Actual Behavior

The crosshair cursor related to the tag component create configuration is still shown.
