Browsing brand-new challenge does not fit map to clustered tasks #57
Description
When browsing a brand-new challenge (or any challenge that lacks a bounding polygon) the map does not fit to the bounds of the displayed clustered tasks, potentially forcing the user to pan around the map to try to find them.
