Memory-efficient grid visualization for ndv microscopy acquisitions.

Install

pip install -r requirements.txt
python create_desktop_shortcut.py

Usage

python downsampled_viewer.py [acquisition_dir]

Or use desktop shortcut.

Expected Structure

Controls
